Lori A. Smith

A compassionate attorney, Ms. Smith understands the emotional impact legal difficulties can bring. She brings her more than 20 years of experience in the legal industry to create cost-effective and targeted solutions to quickly resolve client challenges.  

 

A member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, Lori A. Smith is the principle of the Smith Law Practice, LLC. Ms. Smith is experienced in representing individuals in a wide range of legal matters including consumer law (i.e., bankruptcy, debt collection, and credit reporting practices), contracts, estate planning, probate, immigration, and personal injury matters. 

 

Ms. Smith earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since 1997 and is admitted to practice in all Georgia trial courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court. Ms. Smith is active in her community, serving in a number of non-profit organizations for many years.
